Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and time is reserved specifically for each client. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and rescheduling terms below. This policy applies to private 1:1 motocross coaching sessions and group coaching classes. Private 1:1 Coaching Private coaching sessions are locked into the schedule once booked. The booking reserves that specific time exclusively for you and may prevent another client from taking the appointment. More than 7 days' notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the scheduled session may be made without a cancellation or rescheduling fee, subject to availability. Within 7 days: A cancellation or rescheduling fee of 35% of the total booking amount will apply. Within 4 days: A cancellation or rescheduling fee of 50% of the total booking amount will apply. Same-day cancellation or no-show: Same-day cancellations, failure to attend, or arriving too late to reasonably complete the session will be treated as a cancellation within 4 days and will incur the 50% fee. Rescheduling is treated the same as cancellation because the original appointment time has been reserved and cannot always be filled at short notice. Group Coaching Classes Group classes have limited spaces and are scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 7 days may be subject to the same fees: More than 7 days: No fee Within 7 days: 35% fee Within 4 days: 50% fee Same-day cancellation/no-show: 50% fee Any specific booking, package, membership, or promotional terms provided at the time of booking will take precedence where applicable. Weather & Safety Motocross is an outdoor sport and sessions may be affected by weather, track conditions, closures, or safety concerns. If we need to cancel or reschedule a session for these reasons, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative session. Exceptions Exceptional circumstances may be considered at our discretion. Any waiver or reduction of a cancellation fee is assessed on a case-by-case basis and does not guarantee future exceptions. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
